Cone Rubber Fenders Overview
The Cone Rubber Fender features a conical body and a fully steel-reinforced mounting base. This design allows the fender to deflect up to 72% of its height, providing the longest compression stroke of any fender type.
Height Range: From 300 mm to 2000 mm (Standard sizes like 800H, 1000H, etc.).
Structure: Typically installed as a system comprising the rubber cone, a Frontal Steel Panel, and UHMW-PE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) face pads.

Key Specifications
Design deflection up to 70% of fender height
No performance loss at berthing angles up to 10°–15°
High shear stability and resistance to buckling
Excellent energy absorption with low reaction force
Typically used with steel facing panels fitted with UHMW-PE pads
